Home-Made Minty Hummus

Made-from-scratch hummus is easy to prepare, delicious and far lower in fat content than most packaged versions you’ll find at the store.  I love using bulk dried garbanzo beans for this recipe.  They’re less expensive and are free from the toxin bisphenol A (BPA) found in canned foods.
